We despatch your blind in a tough cardboard tube with the minimum of packaging to ensure safe delivery. Please see our environmental policy on packaging and materials. Included is your made-to-measure blind, fixing brackets, screws, fitting and care instructions.

If your package is damaged in any way, please either refuse the package or ensure that you put 'Damaged' on the slip when it is signed for. Courier companies will not take responsibility for damaged packages if they have been accepted in good condition.

Your order will usually be sent within 10 working days from receipt of payment and proof of image, and delivery within the UK is normally a further 1-2 days. However unforeseen difficulties may cause delays, so delivery may be up to 15 working days. Please telephone if you would like to know when your blind will be sent or the status of your order.

Your order will usually be sent within 10 working days of receipt of payment, and delivery to Western Europe and the USA is normally within a further 5-8 days. However unforeseen difficulties may cause delays, so delivery may be up to 21 working days. Please telephone or email if you would like to know when your blind will be sent or the status of your order. Shipping times are not guaranteed and may vary at the discretion of the carrier in your country.
