Payments

Bank Transfer
If you wish to pay by direct bank transfer, please contact us for our bank details. This usually takes up to 3 days.

Paypal
Make payments via Paypal to payments@coolscapes.co.uk or we can send you in invite to pay. This is instant if you are resistered with them.

Cheque
Make cheques payable to Coolscapes Ltd. The post usually takes a couple of days and we progress the order as soon as we have received it.

Receipt-
When we have received your payment we will send you a receipt by email. If you would like a VAT invoice, please let us know.

Image Proof
When we have received the image and the window sizes, we will send you a proof of the image altered, where necessary, to fit your window. You need to check this and either accept it or let us know what changes you would like. When you have accepted the proof, we can progress the order.

Delivery
From when we have received your payment and an accepted image proof, delivery is normally within two weeks. If for some reason it will be longer, we will let you know. More info on delivery.
